BREATH 

Breath is the foundation of life and a leading component in our yoga classes. Step away from the constant stimulation of our hyper-connected world and draw into the sensation of breath to experience life in its most simple form. Just because it’s simple doesn’t mean it's easy. 

CONNECTION

Constant connection to friends, family, work, news outlets , technology leaves us anything but connected to ourselves. This leads confusion, indecisiveness, self-doubt, anxiety, worry. Tune in to your body, mind, thoughts and feelings and reignite the connection to what matters most to you.  

 

MINDFUL MOVEMENT

Moving meditation. Develop a deeper connection between the mind and body and cultivate a sense of mindfulness or present moment awareness. This gentle yet powerful form of movement can have a major impact on your overall sense of well-being.

SELF-AWARENESS 

Don’t wake up one day and wonder how so much time has passed you by. Live your life on purpose with intention and greater understanding of yourself what you want, what you need, and what’s best for you to live a fulfilling life. 

TRAIN TO REST 

Living with constant pressure and stress can disrupt healthy sleep patterns and cause a number of unwanted health problems. Send a message to your mind that it’s okay to take a break, to step away from responsibilities and to do lists without feelings of guilt and shame, so you can show up with more focus and clarity when you need it.
