Is this a weight loss challenge?

Absolutely not. This challenge is focused on building up sustainable habits long after your New Years Resolution is forgotten. It is about understanding your default habits around food and gaining better insight into your nutrition requirements.

How will points be tracked?

You’ll receive two daily check-ins – one for nutrition and one for working out. There will be two daily points available for the entire 6 weeks. Winners will be determined based upon total adherence to daily habits and body composition change.

Is this an elimination challenge?

Absolutely not. We don’t believe in labeling foods as “good” or “bad.” In fact, we find it extremely unhealthy to do so. We want to explore how different foods support different goals and arrive at a place of moderation and sustainability by the end of the challenge.
