Day 1: Your Discovery Session
Whether you’re a total newbie or Olympic athlete, our coaches want to know your individual goals and values. This is a time for us to learn more about how to give you exceptional customer service.
Month 1: Feeling Good
As you’re wrapping up your intro month, you’re no longer feeling as sore. In fact, you’re starting to feel confident about your new routine and no longer hesitant about working out.
Month 3: See the Change
Your body and your metabolism have begun to adjust to your new routine. Your clothes will fit different and others around you will notice a difference in both your body and your mindset.
Year 1: Transformation
At the end of a year you will feel like an entirely different person. You’ll have more energy and feel a sense of accomplishment that only comes from trying new challenges.
