Routine is the Enemy pt.1 – Volume & Adaptation

Most of us work full time, have families, travel, and socialize. We’re lucky to get in 5-6 hours of training a week. In order to maximize those hours, we need to re-think how we approach those precious training hours to avoid long-term adaptation (plateau).
