3.24.15.

Good Morning,

Welcome to the final week of the Hill Games! All this week at our Facebook group we will be running 24 hour challenges to snag your team a few extra points. Be sure to keep your eye on the group so you don’t miss out.

Thank you to each and every one of you for making the Hill Games so much fun. While the experience is still fresh, take a few moments to consider what you’ve learned by participating in the CrossFit Games Open. How can you apply these lessons to your regular training to make the most of every workout?

As always, if you have any questions, hit reply to this email and we will get back to you ASAP.

Cheers,
The Hill Coaches
